A further full reserved matters planning application followed in Feb 2011 for the 8 self-build properties. These plots benefit from full planning with the opportunity for individual purchasers to go back to Eden DC to amend individual designs as required.

All 20 properties whether rented, shared ownership or self-build will be restricted by local occupancy requirements.
